Reality Check, Joe: you're a mediocre guitarist at best. That's why you're relegated to playing in cover bands. That's why you never get real gigs in actual bands. That's why you play gigs in Ruby Tuesday and The Ground Round for $150.

You seem to think that you have actual skills as a guitarist. You don't. The world isn't littered with 60 year old, jobless but extremely talented musicians. It is, however, full of losers who are decent and nothing special who have played for decades in anonymous cover bands. You never made it big because you're mediocre and have the business sense of a horse's asshole.

Tangentially in response to this post of Joe's, where he claims he didn't get the BOC gig 25 years ago because it just wasn't a good "fit". In reality, it was because he wasn't good enough. This is like the "schedules clashing" Mila Jovovich thing.

I almost feel sad when Joe starts with his “I’m a great guitarist and you all know it really! 😢” stuff. He’s really not. He’s painfully average at best and a trash singer on top of it.

Sir, I believe you owe a horse's asshole an apology for that comparison.

Are you telling me that Joe 'Long Island Trash' Cumia is lazy, unskilled and unable to put in the effort to acquire a skill beyond the amateur level? I'd have to agree with that assessment.

The Ground Round would be a step up because of the free popcorn.

Can you still throw your peanut shells on the floor at Ground Round?

I sure do

There’s a place outside of Houston I went to, and they still have the peanut shells on the floor shit.
I can’t imagine how, in 2019, they haven’t had their balls sued off yet by some dindu fresh out of “slip and fall” school.
And yes, I also threw my shells on the floor like any proper white trash male should.

Joe is not a bad guitarist but like you said. I played with guys in high school who were st that level after about 3 or 4 years of playing....not decades.

Someone’s showing their age.
