What Joe is doing IS illegal but it never results in any kind of legal repercussions. People file false DMCA's all the time without being punished.
Additionally, filing a counter claim is a legal process. You have to give your personal information or you could potentially lose your channel or face perjury charges.
They literally never double check to see if you counter-claimed it with legitimate information or not, and nobody will be dragged into court on a perjury charge for not giving fuckface false information.
If he wasn't going to get any legal problems for the false claim, you sure as shit won't for giving him equally valid counter-claim information.
I'm assuming that big fat piece of shit Joe Cumia filed some more false DMCA claims in between cleaning up after the crypt keeper's dusty squirts & neglecting his duties as a father.
Legal disclaimer- these are only my assumptions and Joseph Cumia is somehow a public figure despite his lack of talent, skills or charisma.
I've half a mind to post his People's Court appearance, and see if he DMCAs the bait.
Claiming ownership of a Warner Brothers property would be somewhat problematic for Joe, as they need to aggressively defend their copyright or they lose it; plus the whole felony perjury aspect.
I tried uploading them to bitchute but kept running into problems. I'll try putting them on vimeo or daily motion later but with the way Joe is filing DMCA's who knows how long they will stay up.
If you know your videos are fully legal and within the guidelines of parody, documentary, etc. then you definitely should keep your original work out there. Make sure you cite the laws that are supposed to protect you in the video description.
I have no inside information, but I do have an ill-informed and baseless hunch there was video in there of Brother Joe's famous "Rotisserie Chicken" closer, and YouTube removed it on public decency grounds.
Pure speculation on my part of course; but as a long-term student of Joe it just feels right.
I'm just happy to know that Brother Joe saw each video from beginning to end. A smart person like my brothaman would have pretended that they never existed.

Me? Why don't y'all stop hiding behind Reddit names and stand up for yourselves. This kind of talk really solidifies what pussies most of you are.
