Mr. Cumia, you stated in the second paragraph of your report that, and I quote, “that was in 2001, right around the time Ant was making a name with Opie in MA”. Mr. Cumia, a simple google search will tell you that the Opie and Anthony Show, of which you claim responsibly for in creating, was in fact located in New York City at the time and had been since June of 1998. Mr. Cumia, how are we to rely on the accuracy of other facts stated in your report if such an obvious and commonly known fact was misstated? The chair yields the floor.
