I'm not entirely sure, but I think I remember Anthony saying he met Eric Bloom, the lead singer at Mohegan Sun or some other casino a few years back and kind of struck up a friendship with him.
So like with everything else in Joe's life, his more sucessful baby brother gave it to him.
