He was banned because he continuously re-posted shit that was removed and could get us banned. We also got a ton of complaints requesting him banned, but ultimately it was because he was too much of a risk and time consuming to babysit anymore. He has about 100 alts and was constantly banned from the original sub. He's used to it.
