I'm proposing life-long isolation accompanied by a head lice infection.

The head lice infestation should keep the offender occupied while they have no friends around for the rest of their wretched lives.

Also they can keep any head lice they don't manage to kill as pets! Should comfort them in the long, lonely winter months.
