I don't know what that means. I can only repeat what I remember verbatim Keith telling me. He told me he was having the relationship investigated to see if the parents knew. He figured if the parents knew, whatever, she is 17 and legal in NY. If the parents DIDN'T know, I guess he'd let them know. His daughter was close in age at the time and I know he and his wife we disgusted behind his back, just not enough to refuse paychecks.
I wish you'd compile all of your Keith stories and post them here. It would be very welcomed since I don't think there's one Keith ballwasher here, or even on the sad CP Media sychophant sub.
