Most of what he's talking about isn't terrible. I was actually impressed to see the Talent taking charge and sharing his vision with his staff. The only things I didn't like were the fake Twitter accounts and talk of "metrics" as it pertains to staff performance.
O&A wouldn't take 10 mins to hit up out weekly staff meeting. How do you talk about "the show" without your talent? Why wouldn't you kiss the ass of every top name publicist that comes through? There's nothing wring with wanting your staff to NOT look like garbage and it makes all the sense in the world to attack A-list guests and send follow ups.
These jerks would call the publicist a twat on the air and ignore C-list guests like Mike Rowe for an hour long phoner with a Z-lister like Whatserface Gotti.
Doesn't surprise me Stern is still making the big bucks while Anthony plays King of Comedy and Opie gets fired from a free podcast.
