In the post you're referring to, he didn't mention exercising once. I remember because I pointed this out and then a couple of people had a nice, informative discussion about exercise and losing weight.
Even if the sub promised him that the abuse would all end if he lost the flab - which would be the ultimate double win for Fat Joe - he is incapable of exercising that level of discipline.
