Travelling is unbelievably fun, especially if you do it by yourself or with a good friend. I can't imagine the pathetic loneliness that made you sign up with a group of strangers, but don't go with a tour group. Go and follow whatever you feel like or catches your interest. That includes having days where you do fuck all besides drink or read beside the ocean or in a park or shitty little bar. But don't go shuffling around with a group like a yutz.
