Yeah, it is a common misconception that Joe said he wasn't a pedophile. I can't remember how exactly it started. The truth is funnier though, because Joe just repeatedly brings up accusations of pedophilia against unprovoked and then never denies them. Even funnier than that, Joe was never accused of being a pedophile to be begin with.

We don't know for sure that he never said it.

I did laugh at that part thinking about mr.Hefner but in reality Joe likes to announce that he has often been labelled a pedophile, he's never outright said "I'm not a pedophile" as I think that would be against the law due to his pedophile nature.
