i'm on the keto diet, old school no carbs or sugar. somebody posted brother joe's recipe, it was mayo with ham and a guacamole vegetal. does anyone have a link? going to ride my mobility scooter to the market in a couple hours and get everything.

a little over 420 when i first went to the doctor to find out about getting gastric sleeve. i was 310 a few days ago when i started the keto diet. hoping to get under 300 for the first time since i was in high school!
