How about original artwork using fair use sources that got wrongly DMCA'd? That's like a public figure suing for copyright when someone uses a news soundbite of them in an original song. A fraudulent claim in other words. Imagine the shitstorm if some art slackers CA'd an individual who did that. Hooboy.
