There is absolutely no way a judge could conclude that a photo of a disturbing-looking man (a man who's been hired to work in horror movies precisely because of his appearance) holding a cat labelled "This cat was never seen again" could be considered satire or parody.
You're a strategic genius, Joe; and this move is up there with prosecuting a minor contractual matter by declaring multiple times on national television that you'd been called a paedophile.
