The “pact” more likely happened the day they went to do opie’s show at bab. Before they went in joe made Anthony promise that regardless of who got a radio gig that day, they would share the wealth. If Joe didn’t believe he was getting the gig over nana he would have insisted on a 50/50 split forever. I’m pretty sure the 60 grand was about half of nana’s first contract.
