He will figure out eventually about how wrong he is once his brother is convicted for aggravated sexual indecency with a minor. During the investigation he will be flagged as a financial link to the defendant, and audited by the IRS at his ripe old age of 71 (after his younger brother died in custody of a heart attack). He will have his meager $60k/yr for the last God knows how long reached into for taxes and will lose his long island termite hole for insolvency.
