Cross posting my other post. Tl/dr it's a complex legal issue and samcro is retarded as usual with boomer logic.

Hey retard its a messy, complicated legal issue that is over your cow brained head. You should really clarify with your lawyer, since it is…you know a felony. The screenshot you posted is from the submission “suggestions”. Its not a legal binding document like say….the terms of service and user agreement. In the updated terms of service it says nothing about you owning self posts or texts. I’m sure your lawyer told you that but you were too busy hanging out with pedophiles to remember.

4. Your Content

You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content, is vague and up for a challenge. A standard interpretation would that you only own the rights to anything you already own. I.e posting an except from your novel in progress wouldn’t release your ownership of it. Again it would need to be decided by a court and is a toss up on interpretation. I’m sure your lawyer advised you that ambiguous and vague terms like this generally would be in favor of the person objected to them, but then again is it really worth the risk of a “lefty judge”.

Anyway enjoy your rambling boc post that is hilarious and always good for a laugh.

Calling it "KP" just makes it worse.

How much you wanna bet if you ahold of one of his old computers and opened up his old Limewire you'd find those 2 letters in the previous searched field?

At first because of his extensive military service I thought he ment KP as Kitchen Patrol duty.

A lot of money I would bet. A lot.
