Nassau county auctions are sight unseen, nobody can go inside until they own it and the current occupant is ejected. That could take a year in court, but then all of the legal filings would be public and we could analyze them on reddit. Nana seems like the type who will cling until the bitter end rather than calling it quits and downsizing before the sherif got involved. Usually the first foreclosure will come from accumulating tax liens so we can get a head start by buying his tax certificates.
