Good catch, I missed that dumb line, and here I thought the judiciary in my beloved New England was a cut above retarded.
What do you think she meant? Maybe brazenness or cravenness? Or does she actually think this behavior is courageous?
I also thought she might mean brazenness -- that's a really popular term judges seem to use to characterize the crimes of the accused -- but who knows.
