It's what the r/darknetmarket community did when Reddit banned them. Now they only use Reddit as a means to let people know the address of the site or if they're down because because they get DDoS'ed a lot. To take down an .onion site you have to find a way to gain admin abilities, DDoS it or get a hold of the actual physical server the site is hosted on.

All you need to do is just have Joe be investigated. I’m not saying to send an anonymous CPS report, but if you did they’d certainly investigate it. And BJ would have a terrible day as well as sperg out hardcore. Having it stick isn’t the point, the inconvenience and anger it causes him is the point. But again, I’m not saying to do any of that.
