What fatass doesn't realize is the more 'famous' he gets, the more legally justified we are in making fun of him as a 'public figure'. He's the one who should want obscurity (not that he had a case anyway).

I doubt he even actually went and spoke to a cop, much less the DA, who would be focused on things that he/she could actually get a conviction for.
