At the end of the day it seems Joe doesn’t seem to have any discernible personality disorders. He just drinks too much and he’s probably on the autism spectrum, but that’s ok. This is not true. While Patrick is a terrible human and confirmed pedofile, he atleast knew to keep his daughter away from him. Joe, on the other hand, openly allows his daughter near his pedrast brother and his friends who are convicted sex offenders.
