I saw this for myself last weekend. I was walking down the street, minding my own business, when all of the sudden I see this tubby dude skipping down the sidewalk with a really disturbing look in his eyes.
As he got closer, I saw him lapping up what I thought was a chocolate or cream cone. However, when he finally passed me, I noticed a putrid smell and that his little treat had a very different consistency from ice cream.
The moment he actually passed me, he gave me this menacing, feces smeared smile. It’s as if he took a demented pleasure from his derangement.
