This following paragraph is conjecture and speculation, but based on the best of my knowledge: My lawyers are looking into it, but repeat offenders like us will most likely hold ZERO sway going forward and admins might even be able to ignore subpoenas because it would place an 'unjust burden' on legal since we are in 'contempt of site rules'. This was our hypothesis yesterday which seems to be confirmed today: certain subreddits (unsurprisingly: men's rights, anti-PC, anti-Fourth Wave Feminism, pro-free speech, etc.) are being retroactively banned based on the new rules with ZEH-ROH (NYAHEHHEHHEH) leniency for grandfathering, unlike basically every business ever... (shit I still have the original unlimited data plan from Verizon) In their noncompliance hearing, they can easily say cry bully-wolf and depending on where any action would be venued, the judge could very likely side with business over The Constitution because "bullying/harassing is NOT protected speech".
Ironically, we were going to file in South District because it tends to be friendlier to 'little guy being bullied' (Joe trying to steal my/our copyright to silence criticism of a known, notorious criminal rap sheet)...and for that reason it could be hostile against us now. However, since it's a random blind draw for judge assignment, it could be a total crap shoot. Eastern tends to be more pro-business but who the fuck knows what that means today. Although the US Attorneys won't be involved, the 'spirit' of their office is important to Berman is more pro-natural rights and anti-corruption

I archived Joes reddit account page for such an occasion. On it he admits to filing DMCAs for content he doesn't own, he says its owned by other people but I'm pretty sure filing a claim under the DMCA means that YOU are claiming that YOU own the copyright to the materials in question. Filing DMCA takedowns for content you don't own is illegal. He also admits he was filing the DMCAs to get the subreddits banned i.e. to suppress freedom of speech because he seems to think saying mean things is not covered by the first amendment.
