Anthony "Epstein" Cumia and his smooth brained hump of a brother Joseph "Bovine" Cumia are a real threat to the children of anyone who associates with them. They're not people.

Maybe some sort of neighborhood notice. Make people aware of his drone use around the middle school and grooming of minors.
