Why can't I download the latest AA shows?

I live in Montana. I drive through a lot of no service area. I download the shows preemptively. I haven't been able to download either AA 6 or 7. I have 3 through 5 and a few ESD. Is it something I'm doing/settings or does the app just get weird?

I was getting a "401" error popping up at the bottom when I tried to stream, and could not download. This was on the Android app. I removed and reinstalled 2 days ago and the problem has not come back.
