Apparently Jay was bitter for not getting mic time then Opie cut in on top of that so he asked "who asked you?" twice before Louis jokingly told Opie to stfu. If you heard the whole break Jay is pretty worked up, perhaps exaggerating his anger over being pushed aside by bigger comedy names but still upset more than Opie.
