Followed his youtube channel on and off for a few months now and if its a character he sticks with it. Seems very knowledgeable in foreign policy as well as being a very very weird dude. comment on his videos if you have questions he answers to most.

YES! one second he's interesting as hell, the next he's running the subject into the ground by rephrasing the same concept over, and over, and over, and over....Americans are so stupid.....Americans have the attention span of gnats....it's not a work, Americans are so dumb......we get it, move on!

The stuff about the contrails makes me question whether he's putting on an act. Otherwise he's mostly very interesting to hear.

Lionel is legit not a character. Hes pretty smart, and is able to see both sides of an issue pretty well.
