Chronic alcohol and xanax abuse, fist fights with women, obsession with race, rage issues, a lifetime of unstable relationships, single with no kids at 57, only interested in girls who look like kids, secret tranny on the side that made him flip out when people found out, and he stays up all night arguing online, alone in a mansion with his cat. He's a prime candidate for anti-psyhotics.
They dont search through your social media accounts they give you a psychological evaluation when admitting you, a sober Anthony on a monday morning being admitted to a high-end rehab to look good in front of a judge is probably not going to end up being forced on anti-psychotic drugs, I'm sorry to tell you.
I dont know if you know how anything works, but when describing yourself you dont usually do it through the point of view of people who hate you online. If he is relatively stable checking in, a higher-class rehab has no reason to force him on psychotic drugs.
If it's a fancy rehab there's probably psychiatrists on staff who will ask personal questions in private therapy then give you pills to repress it all.

10lbs sounds about right. He'll keep gaining weight and being a bore assuming they put him on anti-psychotics. (why wouldn't they?)

I just figured if he was in rehab and therapy and was taking it seriously he would be honest about his life.
