In most of his podcast appearances to promote his mediocre special he takes every joke literally which devolves into a awkward stare and uncomfortable silence.
Torpedoed the conversation to promote his special ala Rich Vos but way less funnier.
Talks about whatever he wants to talk about and doesn't run with anything the host has to say.
The general attitude is clearly "I don't want to be here, why am I doing this shit?" The exemptions are of course the TV appearances where he makes an effort.
Don't know why he's pulling that Garry Shandling attitude, when we all know he'll end up as a Jim Norton.

Agreed. He was straight up shitty on This Past Weekend when Theo Von failed to recognise Burr’s 50 year old film and television references.
