It's just that he's so far below the intelligence level of Ant+Jimmy+comedic guests that when he interjects it is FUCKING painful. Like how everyone gets pissed when they're cut off in traffic and have to slam the breaks. I can't explain it in scientific terms, but the way Jim+Ant+a good comic interact there is a pleasing flow to it. Opie just doesn't fit. When he says something he thinks is profound (today: "I figured this out. [Relationships] are only enjoyable for half the time" there is always a 2-second pause. Because no one agrees - Opie never says anything immediately conducive to the convo - but they figure they have to say something in order to keep the convo going.

I hope Opie fucking quits. He's too dumb to realize that he doesn't have "haters" for personal reasons...like opinions or stances. He has "haters" because he drops the show down to such a low level when he's in. He is a fucking drag on the potential of an Ant+Jim only show.
