When was Louis CK in talking about Louie and the cameras they used?

Remember he said something about using a 7D along with the red cameras.... sometime last year i think.

I'm not sure when he was in, but I seem to remember him mentioning the 7D and RED. They were probably using the Scarlet but might be using the Epic now.

Yeah, he also talked about how the lenses were really expensive...so the camera body was almost irellevant.

he shoots on red. the lenses you can use with a red are varied. You can have a shit lense for a total package cost of around 30 grand or you can use what he uses which are lenses from 35mm cameras. those run a ton. granted they're all rentals, but to purchase that shit would cost a fortune.

Louis CK was in May 22nd.

Before that December 13th 2011 so if you're thinking this year it was probably his appearance a week ago.

The appearance before that was the Patrice O'Neal tribute so I'm guessing it's one of those two.

I think it was way before that. Probably from when he was in before the premiere of season 2. I think he also talked about filming the scene with the rolling head in the same appearance.
