What exactly are you trying to convey? If its something along the lines of, "I'm an unfunny faggot with sub-Bobo level social skills and intellect," I'd say put up a picture of yourself and call this a success.
This isn't very typical for fat guys today. Fat guys from the 1960's and 1970's used to pull they pants up and over the belly fat, so that way their waist would be above the belly button. This started to change in the late 90's when they just let the belly fat hang over the pants at the waist.
Of course, fat back then was like 180lbs. Chris Christie is really the only fat guy left who still pulls his pants up over the belly fat.
