What's the hold-up here, guy? One would think something so meticulously documented (receipts!) would take relatively little time to get the ball rolling, right?

While we're on the topic, I remember reading months back that I'd be wearing cuffs soon. What's the progress on that? I can only assume the lengthy wait is due to a long-term undercover sting meant to flip us against the big fish. That has to be it.
