At this point it may be the only thing that could save the network. In a week Joe has provided more entertainment than Anthony has in years. I know many people(myself included) would be willing to pay good money to see the rant cast or a rebooted Joseph Cumia show with the highest production value CM can provide. I know if I were Joe, I would demand that Anthony give me a spot during prime time hours. It's finally obvious who the talented Cumia brother really is.

Bullying Anthony is Joe's most admirable trait. He's aware of Anthony's sickness but as a loving family man himself, he probably couldn't bare the thought of his brother ending up in prison for his crimes against children. So he spent years trying to curtail Anthony's deviant behavior by siphoning away as much disposable income as possible. Backed up by the threat of physical force, of course.
