Diedrich Bader got a chuckle out of my insinuation that Patton killed his wife. We got an ally.

Drop the pills, walk away.

He plays Batman, he knows a diabolical super villain when he sees one

He plays Batman in what?

At first, I was joking about Patton murdering his wife but the theory is really gaining steam. This has the same vibe as the jokes about bruce jenner transistioning.

She used to write about serial killers and serial killers love hiding in plain sight. That's the thrill of it for them. The pattern fits.

"Honey... I've thought of the perfect ending for your book."

His life is a made for TV movie on a woman's network.

Patton O, your life's a movie.

I think McNamara had that hybristophilia gene which is a fascination, love, and arousal based on serial killers. So consciously or, more likely in my opinion, unconsciously she was drawn to Patton because he gave off those psycho killer pheromones or whatever it is. It makes too much sense to not have some element of truth to it.

I've always suspected that as a population comedians and actors have a higher saturation of psychopaths amidst their ranks. They have a need to manipulate and charm that is off the scales. They have the ability to be entirely malleable emotionally and they are adept in repeating these routines that mimic natural human conversational tones despite having repeated the same lines of dialogue hundreds of time. And think of the stereotype of a successful actor or comedian who runs through lovers and employees like so many pairs of used socks and treat service employees like retarded animals.

There's a reason the me too shit started in Hollywood and has affected so many comics. Bill Cosby is the prototypical psychopath. And I'm sure Patton grew up revering Cosby and emulating him.

I don't think that any of us are asserting that we know Patton killed his wife, but the circumstances were very suspect and the fact that there was no apparent investigation or questions asked by the authorities or the media left a void in the center of that story. It seems pretty certain that Patton would've had knowledge that his wife was taking dangerous cocktails of extremely potent drugs both prescription and illicit. And Patton has talked a lot about his own drug use so it's not like he coming from a place of ignorance.

If nothing else his apparent indifference to his wife's toxic drug habit seems reckless especially given that they had a very young daughter. It's not just dangerous to the wife, but the kid would also be in constant jeopardy every time mom drove the daughter to school or walked the kid to the store. If I was him I would've been in a constant state of stress when those two were out of my sight and I'm sure I would've had to have a nanny or bodyguard glued to their hip 24/7 if I wasn't there. To not take those kinds of practical steps strikes me, at least, as asking for tragedy. And this is assumimg Patton wasn't loaded 24/7 himself.

Nice theorising, stupid

Nice support of a believable and well written theory, stupid

Thank you. I get that I am connecting some dots that might not necessarily need to be connected but I do think that my theory has some value and needed to be explicated because there's something off and creepy about Patton's role in his wife's very untimely demise.

I'm all for people poking holes in my logic but the pile is not moved forward when the piranhas of this subreddit just take a bite out of my ass and add nothing of value to the conversation.

At least be funny you cock knocking ball tuggers.

You're off base with the comedian/psychopath angle, but I'll grant that the similarities are striking and meaningful. But really comedians have a weak sense of self, and it leads them to shallow, degenerate lifestyles.

There's a reason the me too shit started in Hollywood and has affected so many comics.

I can think of (((another))) reason.

Bill Cosby is the prototypical psychopath.

Billy dindu nuffin, he wuz a good boy. (unironically this)

"sleep until you wake up"

WE HEARD YOU

Ugh sorry I didn't realize I double posted. I got an error message on my first try which should've been a strong clue that I'm an old bitty flopping around wildly trying to navigate this vast series of tubes.

Can you repeat that dude? Your internet crapped out.

I will once again apologize for being a retard. My only defense is that reddit is trash and gave me an error message when I first attempted to post. Good day, sir.

The Patton fits.

Same here. I honestly believe there was some foul play though. Wasn't Cocaine found as well near the bed?

I believe the investigators compared his home to a "drug den".

"Take some Xanax and go to bed." I really can't comprehend saying something like that to my wife. Xanax...the fuck?

No good husband would. I would stay in the same room as my wife if she was taking strong sedatives. Even if he didn't personally spike her apple juice, he knew his wife was a pill popper and supported her habit. But hey, who am I to judge, I've never needed to move a mistress into the main house on short notice before.

I thought she was popping fentanyl as well.

Overdosing on opiates is INCREDIBLY easy with benzos in your system, especially fent. It wouldnt have taken much for him to get the job done.

Combined drug intoxication (CDI) AKA multiple drug intake (MDI) is an easy road to go down especially if those close to you feed you that little bit extra when you are almost there.

RIP these fuckers

Combined drug intoxication

Combined drug intoxication (CDI), also known as multiple drug intake (MDI) or lethal intoxication, is an unnatural cause of human death. CDI is often confused with drug overdose, but it is a different phenomenon. It is distinct because it is due to the simultaneous use of multiple drugs, whether the drugs are prescription, over-the-counter, recreational, or some other combination. Alcohol can exacerbate the symptoms and may directly contribute to increased severity of symptoms.

It's nearly impossible to overdose off xanax alone. You'd have to eat shit load of it, or mix it with something in order for it to become lethal. Definitely foul play.

Or be really fat and have apnea.

Or Weistein raping

Joke or not, it’s creepy and questionable how quick he remarried and to someone who kind of looks like her

Wasn't it the same year that McNamara died? I remember we were actively making jokes about her wife still when it happened.

Wasn't he crying on social media about losing the soulmate then getting married again like 3 months later?

I remember a really creepy photo of him sitting down and out with some award crying about his wife's death. Then some autist from here carefully analyzed how he staged that picture for attention.

Yeah, his Emmy or Oscar night or whatever.

The photo was clearly fucking staged and everyone on Reddit was collectively sobbing at their keyboards

It was his Emmy and he was sitting in front of an Arby's.

Hoss Delgado

Oh shit, Oswald from the Drew Carrey Show

He's awesome as Lawrence from Office Space

Office Space is an inner-circle "that guy" movie with that deep roster of incredible character actors. With the exception of Jennifer Anniston, there weren't really any lead actor-types or actors with limited acting chops. Every single role is inhabited by an actor who you recognize from five other films. Fucking Stephen Root and John McGinley are the perfect examples. Those guys are money in everything from No Country for Old Men to Scrubs.

i know a lot stuff here bends the laws of reality but that is fucking insane. I already loved Diedrich Bader

Hey Peter, check out channel 9! Check out this chick!

Looks more like a young Ron Bennington

same M.O.

Holy shit this is awesome.

Reminder that Patton Oswalt married his second wife on the one year anniversary of Michelle's death. He's pure evil.

Did he really?

Yes. It would have been the crime of the 21st century if it wasn't for us.

No.

Hey Patton, man, watch out for your cornhole, buddy. Your time is running out!

Fuckin’ A, man.

Nick Mullen copped this meme (probably from here since he's not on twitter and we know he reads this place) in his latest standup bootleg

No shit? I'll have to check that out.

Timestamp?

somewhere in the middle too lazy sorry

/u/n_mullen, comment?

i said probably. and the audience did howl at the punchline (i gave a link to the set in this comment string), and since it's unlikely that even most of them view this place, it would be fair to say this meme is pretty widespread. so he could have gotten it from anywhere, but the art and joke craft on the subject from here is some of the best anywhere

It’s everywhere, lots of people joke that he killed his wife, even his friends

🤔🤔🤔

Thank you for your service, but a visit here wouldn't be complete without being called a faggot, so here it is: FAGGOT.

Take care buddy.

We are smart too! Not only others!

The old "just following the crowd" excuse. Mullen would've been a trustee in the concentration camps tattling on skinny bitches for stealing an extra plate of puddle water.

The more I think about it, the more I think Tom Myers has your number, pal. You're like Dr. Frankenstein inciting a crowd with torches and pitchforks to run down the forlorn monster you created. Yes, Tom Myers has a bizarrely retreating hairline and bolts in his neck as a result of an emergency bong hit transplant but that doesn't mean he buttfucks the villagers while you're not watching.

tom has everyone's number

That's because he killed his wife

Lol. It sucks because it’s like, Patton is such a nice guy and has helped me out a lot personally. He was a huge inspiration when I started, i really like the guy. But it’s so god damn funny to accuse him of killing his wife

Were they really howling, brotherman?

yeah, it got one of the bigger instant crowd-wide reactions of any of their sets for the whole show. granted, i am a bit biased because i'm tuned into the meme from years of Pattonposting here

Nice backpedaling, stupid

We write half of his material, and get UGATZ for it.

Why would you hide the username when someone just needs to go through Diedrich Baders likes to find the specific tweet

Just in case some lumpy cow-headed faggot here tries to report me, or any of the other homos that lurk here. They can do that, but figured I'd at least make it a little harder for them.

Well the Patton Oswald wife thing always seemed suspicious, even from the beginning it was suspicious. Suddenly your relatively healthy wife is dead, it takes a lot of drugs to kill an adult. I'd say 50/50 this picture is reality.

Relatively healthy? Relative to what? A beached whale next an opium farm?

Jesus, Patton, that was your WIFE

You think Patton would want a roundhouse kick to the face while he’s wearing these bad boys? FORGET ABOUT IT!

Don’t get Chad all excited again

I never even knew this guy’s name, but he was on Kevin Pollak’s Chat Show a year or two ago and he was really goddamn funny.

"You know what I'd do? Heroin and fentanyl at the same time, man."

"Hey, Peter! Turn on channel 9, it's the wife killer."

Liked him since the Beverly hillbillies movie. Only saving grace of drew carry show. It was the small role in the ping pong movie (forget it's name, not a good movie) that made me realize that this guys a good egg.

As Rex kwan do would say "That's Napoleon, Dynamite!"

How did this whole thing even start?

Because instead of mourning after her death, he ranted about trump every day and then got married less than a year later.

I really think he killed her.

Of course he did. We just joke about it to ease the suffering.

Diedrich Bader is a certified baller

People are waking up and I cannot wait for Patton to finally be brought to justice

Patton O, your life's a movie.
