I just watched a few minutes of this and it's actually the first time I've seen or heard him speak. Up till now he's basically just been a meme on here to me.

In all honesty, I actually feel a bit sorry for him. By his own words he reveals himself to be a massive loser.

Born in some shithole little town in the middle of nowhere, he thought and felt he deserved bigger things and moved away "the first chance he got." Went to some nothing community college, couldn't even hack that. Dropped out. Moved to Florida to sell insurance. Hated every minute of it but did it for years. Got married, marriage failed. Got into standup. Failed at that. Is "a novelist" (notice how he instinctively looks defensively at her when she describes him as that in her intro - he knows he isn't really one) but is a horrible writer and basically self-publishes.

Like I said, I almost feel sorry for him. He wants to be so much more than he is but he simply doesn't have the goods. He really is very similar to Joe. Both display that over-the-top arrogance which is really just thinly veiled low self-esteem/ insecurity. I almost feel sorry for him but, like Joe, he's so easy to dislike that any potential sympathy goes out of the window pretty quickly.

One thing I noticed in the other video was how different he comes across in text compared to sitting down and talking with someone. If you had no idea who he was and saw the video you would assume he's a slightly autistic but nice enough and fairly harmless guy, but when you see him on social media he reveals the real Patrick - a deranged narcissistic attention seeker, desperately pretending to be something he isn't for the acceptance of people who will never care about him.

The fake smile and perkiness as he speaks and then immediately goes to this depressive frowns looking downwards is sad. Trying to project happiness but it comes off so sterile. What a sweetie he is for giving us his misery on a silver platter.

Im dying to know more about his "stand up." I get the feeling he does it like 3x a year, but of course lists "stand up comic" in his accolades/credits. Also seems like the type of guy with such low self awareness, he has no concept of bombing or having a bad set and is convinced he kills every time. Those are the worst people on earth.
