It's the typical insecure teenage response of a man-child filled with adolescent anxieties about his masculinity and sexuality. It's the same kind of thing as the type of guy who would say "I can't even tell if movie star x is handsome. He's a dude, I don't know what makes another man handsome because I'm not gay." Being able to objectively recognise good looks or ugliness has nothing to do with sexuality, Anthony. Anyone with eyes can see you're a fucking gargoyle.
