Something about Joe's writing style really reminds me of Chris Chan, it came through the most when he pretended to be a teen. Not just the capitalization, they both sound awkwardly anachronistic, make strangely worded asides, and come off as a combination of eager-to-please and smug and authoritative that I can't quite pin down.
