You’re right that show was actually much better in comparison...and Mencia’s only crime was borrowing hack material from guys like Rogan and Shaffir, while Jeffries raped a girl...Maybe I’m a stinker but something about that makes him less funny to me.

I will however say I saw Mencia on a day I also saw Patrice and Louie. The crowd already hated Mencia, half of them literally walked off. He started attacking them and some turned around and laughed and stuck around for the rest of his set.
My impression is that Mencia is talented, but that doesn’t mean he’s above plagiarism. That said he certainly performed above my expectations that day.
