I posted this in another comment, but we were not given a heads-up about Amy. Jim literally just posted "feel free to call in" with no mention of Amy and then acted like we were all listening to his advice show that day (an absolutely absurd concept).

His post was titled "My advice show is really popular!" and the body said "I know, I know - I suck, I'm the worst, I'm not funny. Feel free to call in (866) 969-1969". He obviously knew Amy would be on when he made that post, but he purposefully didn't mention it in the post.
Naturally, nobody who saw his post heard the show because his advice show is literally the worst radio show ever broadcast. I bet most of the people here have never listened to Opie and Anthony live. Every single show was posted to youtube within hours of it airing at this point. It wasn't Patrice O'neal in his prime going back and forth with pre-Trayvon Anthony. This was his spin-off, universally reviled solo show broadcast in the middle of the work day 2 years into Opie and Jim. Who the fuck would have heard it?
