I tried to start a Madden franchise with all white players, the draft gets a little tricky with all the randomly generated Demarcuses and DeSeans, but it's doable.
Had never heard of this guy. Admittedly am not "down" with what the kids are listening to these days but a quick Google search indicates that no one else has really heard of him either. He seems to have an album coming out soon though and now several mainstream British papers reporting on this, most of them quite positively. He couldn't buy the publicity he's getting. Smart dude
