How can you do things exactly as you want them if you have to do 18 dumb shout outs per episode and make clunky characters out of people who donate? Maybe some network interference would do him some good.

There are writers who publish their own books, or have them “vanity published.” One in 1 million do that because they want to control their work, the other 99% do it because they can’t sell it. Jim, there’s a reason you couldn’t sell these characters. They are funny in small doses and there was certainly a winning concept there - but not in your hands. You can’t stretch these things out, you should have gone with experts. Have someone package and pitch it for you, you can’t carry this. You are (were) funny. You are not talented.
