Half of it I don’t understand and the other half is great so I give him the benefit of the doubt. I think I read something recently about him giving up making new music, by the way.
Never mind, I’m retarded. Took me like an hour to find it and then I realized it was a The Hard Times article
The highlight of this article:
“Everything I’ve done has been a collaboration, in one way or another. Like when Faith No More toured with Guns ‘N’ Roses, and I took a massive dump in Axl Rose’s orange juice,” said Patton, trying to contain his laughter. “That was a collaboration between my digestive system and the fine people at Tropicana, to make Axl puke all over the fucking place.”
Somebody find that video of him being interviewed at some music festival while wolfmother is playing and he fuckin stops the interview just so he can shit on wolfmother for a minute. Mike Patton is the man
My friend was telling me Mr. Bungle released "California" before or just around the same time as RHCP released "Californication" to fuck with him too. Don't know if that's true, but made me laugh.
I think the timing may have been a coincidence, but either way he really fucked over their touring for the album by getting them booted from festivals RHCP were playing. That guy can go kick rocks.

Good news. Know when you make good music? When you're 22 and broke. Know when you make shitty music? When you're 40 and rich.

Shame they never put out a live album. I'd gladly pay for a decent quality copy of the live version of Air-Conditioned Nightmare.

Irony is A Dead Scene was the best thing Dillinger did and I'm a fan of all of their releases.

Wasn't a fan of it when it came out, but it definitely was underrated. Not close to Calculating Infinity, but good.

Gotchu fam.
He also trolled the shit out of Anthony Kiedis by making fun of his heroin addiction and covering shitty Red Hot Chili Peppers songs far better than the originals.
