He should have started doing stand up in 2014 as a back up plan. Adam Carolla's podcast numbers are slipping, and he's already taken to do doing stand up as a back up. (I saw him do a surprise drop in last week and he was actually pretty goddamn funny.) The difference between the two is Adam actually has a work ethic. If Anth was smart, he'd start doing that immediately, even if it's open mics. He knows plenty of comics and would get tons of favor spots, and probably be on his way pretty quickly if he can keep the race shit to a minimum.
