I have this same problem. There are some figures with consistency in their busts. Like Gaius Marius, Julius Caeser or even Cato the younger. But when I look at the sculptures of Constantine, he looks vastly different from one to another.

Did they take only death masks ? The one with the armor looks younger than the one in the opening post.
