The early days of the show were fantastic. It was actually fairly edgy. It didn’t cater to either side and was funny as shit. It got more boring as time went on and Greg just morphed into hipster Bro Joe.
Yeah, the days where they made it look like the Fox studio was shutdown and had intentionally bad camera work to make it look like random weirdos came in during the middle of the night to sneak on the network was the best period of the show. But then they started lighting them well and made it look like Hannity with comedians.
It was a great show for the first few years. Then Gutfeld realized he wanted a show that wasn't on at 3am so started acting like everyone else at Fox News and kicked Bill Schulz to the curb. And they went from having interesting guests to boring F-list comedians with tame political jokes.
