Uncle Paul had some great lines. But that was when Jim was motivated 7 years ago.

Uncle Paul is vile, but a good elongated creepy "ssssssuuurrrreeee" always makes me laugh. It is the absurdity of the character.

Or the quiet "yaaaayyy" when a child was barely mentioned

It was the same as chip really. It was great when he would catch someone off guard with it. A show with chip as the host where all of the guests are in on it shows how much Jim needed a certain context to be funny in.

Even better than catching someone off guard was when he'd take it so far even Nana tapped out.

I liked when he pushed it far and started getting really detailed about his heinous acts.

Contrasted well with the sort of loveable vibe you'd get from him the rest of the time.

He went from "never leave your kids alone with Paul" to "we need to bury him where nobody will ever find the body"

whenever a story came up and Paul was "in love" or "getting married" to a one year old I laughed
