It wasn't murder, I stopped at a gas station after 11pm when you have to stand at the window and a drunk and or high dude started talking shit and started getting pushy. I hit him a few times and on the last punch his head hit the pavement and he died. I had a concealed carry permit and had a glock19 on me and didn't use it but got a long stay in prison because of "excessive force". Avoid that shit, maximum security state prison sucks and I got in way more fights there than in the free world. I'm only 28 and even with prison in the way there were plenty of whores to use, so who gives a shit in the long run.
