The Essex County Assistant Prosecutor told Radar that Lange, 51, “at the moment will no longer be admitted to drug court since he failed his drug tests.”
The Assistant Prosecutor added, “He is being evaluated and will be placed in treatment. But that could take a while.”
According to an insider close to the 51-year-old funnyman, Lange is expected to remain at Essex County Jail to detox before he heads to a treatment center.
“He went to a four-day jail detox, then has to see the judge,” the insider told Radar. “Then he is going to a long-term rehab.”
“He has been alienating everyone. There is no bail for him in this situation. Because of his medical issues, his diabetes and what not, he might be in detox for a lot longer than four days.”
As Radar previously reported, during Lange’s last hearing before the New Year, he tested positive for cocaine while in court.
Judge Nancy Sivilli had warned the troubled comic that she would be sentencing him to drug court, but if he was not accepted into the program he could be facing jail.
“If you are not accepted into it, then if I bring you back, unfortunately, I will have to sentence you to jail time,” the judge said. “So let’s bring you back in thirty days to allow the application process to be completed, and the evaluation process to be done. And I hope Mr. Lange if you are accepted to the program you take full advantage of it. Because it will be able to help you.”
An insider previously revealed Opens a New Window. that Lange would rather go to jail then attend the drug court program which has been pegged as a “intense recovery program and drug testing will be issued under intensive supervision.”
“He knows he won’t survive drug court,” the insider explained. “So he’s going to party as much as much as he can until he gets thrown in jail or a year-long rehab.”
Stop acting like shitty EU privacy laws are for your benefit. You can be arrested and charged with thought crime and nobody will ever know because they have to "protect your privacy".
Anyone could have blocked tracking cookies with basic blocking tools, but now Freedom USA websites are just blocking EU rather than waste money catering to EU-tards. Enjoy reading EU propaganda on shitty EU websites and having to click "I agree" every time you want to read something cool.
Hooool up !
You have no idea how inefficient EU laws/parliament is.
Regarding cookies - I can opt out of TONS/all of tracking/advertising/telemetric cookies first time(and first time ONLY) I visit any web page.
Yes, you could do that with extra programs .
RadarOnline is only page I know that won't comply with EU rules.
''Enjoy reading EU propaganda '' ---where?
''EU websites '' ---what? You know how Internet works? Do you know that EU is not a country?
''secret arrests'' ----Tell me more Alex.
"wake up sheeeeeeple !!! "
Sites that can't comply with EU privacy rules can get a fine...so companies that don't want to brake the law just block access to their site from EU countries.
And that's officially the end of Artie's career in show business. He was extremelly fortunate to be allowed on Crashing especially considering they had to digitally alter his nose. No opportunity like that will arise again. Anything he does in the future will be bar and restaraunt shows with Levy in Jersey. No more TV whatsoever. That's if he survives.
Honestly, I wish him well. A career is the last thing he should be worried about. He should be dead 100 times over. He is past rock bottom and still digging. It would be terrific to see him in 5 years plugging his book about he he finally got clean.

Can you tell the synopsis of the story? It appears that RadarOnline is banned in EU.

I can't imagine being bossed around by not only my nation's government, but also a group of people from other countries as well.
Pretty gay.

All was good, then (about ~8 years ago) the diversity plague stated to spread.

Do they really ban/block sites? I can't see it either - Europe, but not EU.

I hope there'll be enough lamp posts for all those obscenely overpaid meddlers.

Are you sure about that? Our old pal Anthony rose again after he was unfairly fired by that liberal FAKE NEWS corporation Sirius XM!
1 cj3ifdujn3e 2019-02-07
Anthony's not a coke and heroin addict with a smashed eggplant for a nose.

Nice literal reply, stupid.

Statistically unlikely he'll beat herion but you never know.
1 genehackmans 2019-02-07
if they would have sent him to jail when he was first busted, he might still have some semblance of a nose.
1 heyrube1979 2019-02-07
Just let him do drugs until he dies.
1 SwampYankee 2019-02-07
that doesn't seem to be working
1 PleasePMmeSteamKeys 2019-02-07
The lowest point of his career is still working with Ant
1 Necro1983 2019-02-07
Not sure why he wasn't in jail a long time ago.
1 NortheastPhilly 2019-02-07
If he doesnt die very soon, he is going to seriously wish he was dead

Artie should go to jail. He has screwed up so many chances, besides its probably the best shot he actually has at getting clean.

It's not really a relapse, if you haven't quit in the first place.
